Account Manager Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management frameworks, including detailed scopes, timelines, objectives, and client deliverables

  • Implement and oversee rigorous project management systems to ensure consistent, high-quality project execution across all accounts

  • Conduct weekly strategic planning meetings with internal teams and clients to track project progress and proactively address challenges

  • Manage full project lifecycle from initial client consultation through project completion, maintaining strict adherence to budgetary constraints

  • Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor relationship management, purchase order generation, and comprehensive cost tracking

  • Execute precise financial management including client invoicing, budget monitoring, and cost control

  • Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional communication and client satisfaction throughout project duration

  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex client requirements and project challenges

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in account management, project management, or client services

  • Experience in design, construction, or related service industries preferred

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in project management software (My Doma, Trello, Design Manager, or similar platforms)

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial tracking and reporting

  • Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus but not required

  • Experience with CRM systems and client management tools
