Associate Designer Position

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior design team members to develop comprehensive project frameworks, including detailed scopes, timelines, and design deliverables

• Support project execution from initial concept through final installation while maintaining adherence to design standards and budgets

• Assist in coordinating complex logistical requirements for residential and commercial design projects

• Participate in weekly strategic planning meetings to track project progress and contribute to design solutions

• Support procurement processes including vendor coordination and material specification

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in dynamic design environments

• Contribute to maintaining high-quality project execution through organized design documentation

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred

• 1-2 years of professional experience in interior design or related creative field

• Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and project involvement

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Familiarity with design management software (My Doma, Trello, Design Manager preferred)

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
